1. Keep this whole folder somewhere that is backed up, such as OneDrive or Google Drive.
2. After each activity, copy "Portfolio Entry Template.docx", fill it in (about twenty minutes) and save it in the right folder with its evidence. The questions take you beyond describing what you did: why it matters in practice, other methods, its limitations, common errors and your key takeaway.
3. Add one line to "Portfolio Index.xlsx" for every entry, so you can see your whole portfolio at a glance.
4. At the end of each term, review your folders. Which are thin? Which competence letters are missing? Set one goal for next term.
5. At the end of each year, pick your best entries and use them to update your CV and applications.
